Origin
I started selling products online at fifteen. It taught me the part most people learn much later: demand is findable, and execution is the hard part.
In the years after, I worked with a lot of different businesses. Different industries, different sizes, different markets. The pattern that kept repeating had nothing to do with the product or the market.
Growth stalled because everything depended on the founder. The founder was the strategy, the quality control, the escalation path, and the memory of how things were done. The business could not outgrow the number of hours in their week.
That observation became HyperLaunchpad. Not a marketing agency, not an AI company, not a traditional consultancy — a founder growth platform focused on the thing that actually limits SMEs: the organization behind the founder.
